Schizofrénia v klasifikácii DSM-5

Klasifikácia duševných ochorení, DSM-5 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th edition) bola zverejnená roku 2013. Jednou z veľkých diagnostických skupín klasifikácie sú Poruchy schizofrenického spektra a ostatné psychotické poruchy (Schizophrenia spectrum and others psychotic disorders). Zahŕňajú 11 samostatných diagnostických jednotiek vrátane schizofrénie. Predkladaný príspevok upozorňuje na niekoľko špecifických zmien v definícii schizofrénie podľa DSM-5: spresnenie diagnostických kritérií, zrušenie tradičných podtypov schizofrénie, zrušenie Schneiderových príznakov I. rádu a zrušenie rozlišovania bizarných a nebizarných bludov.

Summary
Classification of mental disorders, DSM-5 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th Edition) was released in 2013. Schizophrenia spectrum and others psychotic disorders is one of the major diagnostic groups of the classification, which includes eleven individual diagnostic categories including Schizophrenia. The present paper highlights several specific changes in the definition of schizophrenia in DSM-5: more accurate diagnostic criteria, the elimination of the classic subtypes of schizophrenia, elimination of Schneiderian “first-rank symptoms” and the abolition of the distinction of bizarre/nonbizarre delusions.
