Novinky v klasifikácii DSM-5

Klasifikácie duševných porúch Americkej psychiatrickej spoločnosti DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders) reflektujú dlhú históriu americkej psychiatrie. Cieľom predkladaného príspevku je poukázať na viaceré zmeny a novinky, ktoré priniesla klasifikácia duševných porúch DSM-5: nové typy špecifikátorov, nové diagnózy, korekcie niektorých termínov, spresnenie diagnostických kritérií, dimenzionálny prístup k psychiatrickým diagnózam a zjednodušenie viacosovej diagnostiky.

Summary
Classifications of mental disorders American Psychiatric Association DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders) reflect the long history of American Psychiatry. The aim of the present paper is to highlight the many changes and innovations that brought classification of mental disorders DSM-5: new types of specifiers, new diagnoses, correction of certain terms, refining the diagnostic criteria, the dimensional approach to psychiatric diagnosis and the simplification of the multiaxial diagnostic system.
